Digital goods

Purchases are delivered right away, so they are generally non-refundable once delivered.

If an item was never delivered, or you were charged twice, open a support ticket within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.

You can cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Please contact us before disputing a charge. Accounts with chargebacks may lose access to purchased items.
